4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged item when reporting the issue.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the items have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard return policy applies.
